I am a West Coaster, having lived most of my life in Vancouver; I feel fortunate to now call Nanaimo “home”. I love learning and have always enjoyed working with people in relational and creative capacities. Prior to being a therapist, I worked in the hospitality industry (included co-ownership of a restaurant in Vancouver’s entertainment district), special event & retail display + design, as well as set decorating for film and television. 

My biggest passions are travel, culture, art, weirdness, delighting in simple pleasures, and the power of authentic human connection.
