Kitties & Cream is Vancouver Island's first and only cat lounge, located in the Old City Quarter.

Cat Therapy

We provide cat therapy to those who can't or don't want to adopt cats of their own. Appointments to cuddle and play with our cats in the cat lounge can be made in advance online or over the phone. Walk-ins are also welcome.

We are partnered with Catspan Ferals Registered Charity, SOS Prairie Rescue, and Running Wild Rescue, who provide us with adoptable cats. Our mission is to increase feline adoptions on Vancouver Island by providing a comfortable home-like atmosphere for sociable cats to express themselves and bond with potential adopters.

Meowchandise & Cat Supplies

In addition to our cat lounge, we have a retail space full of locally made meowchandise (cat-themed merchandise) from over 40 local vendors, making us the purrrfect place to shop for the cat lover in your life.

We also have a wide selection of cat supplies in store and online, from food and litter to furniture and toys.

Even better, all products qualify for free local delivery with no minimum order amount, and shipping is available internationally!

We have a small selection of locally made, pre-packaged baked goods for you to enjoy during your visit, as well as bottled beverages.
